Concept And Purpose
This project allows people “watch” the weather in Boston Common through a transparent screen. The weather statement is visualized on the screen. It will also show direction, weather forecast. If people touch the screen and type a zip code, it will show the weather of that location within 24 hours
First of all, Boston Common is one of the most famous scenes in Boston. However, the navigation system is unclear. It is likely that a visitor will get lost during his/her first visit. Secondly, the weather in Boston is fickle. With this project, people will know the weather forest on the screen. What's more, it will show some recommendations for events or places to escape the terrible weather in few hours. Last but not least, Boston embraces diversity. This screen allows visitors to explore views of this smart, sporty, and historical city.

Zipcode Weather
Zipcode Weather displays humidity and temperature for a day. Instead of showing local weather all the time, it supports user-specified locations. Simply touch the weather statement screen and enter a zip code (i.e., 33133 for Miami). Then the weather forecast for that location will be shown on the screen.
